So as I write this Matt is on a training camp with South Normanton Cycling Club in Majorca.

Watch his interview in the studio with Paul.

Matt started working with Paul solely on the purpose of changing his nutrition and looking for a small drop in weight and an improvement in performance nutrition.

Following a huge success in that – TICK!!!

Matt decided to take on the Strength and Conditioning services of Paul and Compound Fitness to see how much he could gain by following a rigorous strength and conditioning programme.
